Promotion period. Entries open [day date time] and close at 11:59 pm on Friday 9 October 2026 (Australian Eastern Daylight Time). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

Eligibility. Open to residents of Australia aged 18 or over. Employees and immediate family of the Promoter are not eligible. One entry per person; additional bonus entries as described below.

How to enter. Submit your name and email address using the entry form at www.eagleeyetasmania.com.au/giveaway and accept these terms. No purchase is necessary.

Bonus entries. Entrants may earn additional entries by (a) liking or following any of the Promoter's Facebook pages or Instagram profiles listed on the entry page and confirming this there (one bonus entry per page or profile, four in total), and (b) sharing their personal link — three bonus entries for each person who enters the promotion using that link, up to a maximum of 10 referred entrants. Bonus entries are optional and are not a condition of entry. The Promoter may remove bonus entries it reasonably believes were obtained by fraudulent or automated means.

Prize. One (1) A3 canvas print, printed by the Promoter on Hahnemühle canvas and mounted in a timber float frame, being the artwork pictured on the entry page. Total prize value AU$450. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter will deliver or post the prize to an address within Australia at the Promoter's expense; the winner will be asked for delivery details when notified.

Winner selection. The winner will be drawn at random at the Promoter's premises at Midway Point, Tasmania on Saturday 10 October 2026 at [time]. Each entrant's chance of winning is proportional to their number of entries. The draw is a game of chance; skill plays no part.

Notification. The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw and announced on the Promoter's social media pages (first name and initial only). If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, a redraw will be held on Tuesday 20 October 2026.

Privacy. Personal information collected (name and email address, plus the winner's delivery address) is used to administer this promotion, to deliver the prize, and, only if you opted in, to send you news and updates from the Promoter. It is stored in a spreadsheet in the Promoter's Google account and is not sold or shared with third parties except as required to deliver the prize or by law. All entries will be deleted after 30 October 2026, except the email addresses of entrants who opted in to news and updates. You may ask us to delete your entry at any time by emailing andrew@eagleeyetasmania.com.

General. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed or not received due to technical failure. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion if it cannot be run as planned for reasons beyond its control.

Social media platforms. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering you release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion. Information you provide is provided to the Promoter and not to any social media platform.
